Prepaid Packages
If you don't like the idea of service agreements but still would prefer a customized IT support, and the same consultant when dealing with problems, you have the option to purchase a prepaid package.
You will save considerable money by prepaying certain consulting hours and receiving discounts.

You can use these hours any time, they will never expire and you are welcome to purchase more any time they run out. When using prepaid packages the remote and phone support will count as half time.
