We have hired Lorand to work on our computers a few times over the last few
years. He is honest, hardworking, courteous, and best of all, he is good.
He has set up my home network, my new printers, and fixed problems when my
computer (running Windows) crashed (a number of times, as Windows is prone
to doing). We recommend him without reservation.

Being the first time we set up a network the rep walked me thru the whole process of setting up & maintaining it. For the past several years Flanagan Consulting LLC has had the pleasure of having Sinva Tech as our IT and Computer Maintenance Service. The service far surpasses anything that we have had and had to let go in the past including several well known services like Geeks On Call. Lorand Marton and Sinva Tech provide a timely, efficient, Friendly service which does not include the usual, wholly negative IT Guy attitude. He comes when we call, he works until the job is done and he bills very reasonably. I wish that all of my vendors were this good. Sinva Tech was able to set-up our offices, help us with a move to a new Location, resolve all connectivity and web issues, recommend and install software and hardware changes and upgrades and train our people in the use of the same - all this along with the usual maintenance and care of our computers and it issues. Sinva Tech is tops.

Whenever I left a message Mr.Marton returned my call (in a matter of fact I
did not HAVE to leave a message, several times after calling Mr. Marton and
hanging up without leaving a message, Mr. Marton would promptly return my
call after seeing my phone number on his caller ID).
His attitude is very positive, his knowledge very broad and his rates very
affordable.
Mr. Marton saved me lots of grief, time and money and I warmly recommend his
services with all my heart.

I have found Mr. Marton very knowledgable, quick, an excellent
diagnostician, practical, straightforward, pleasant and personable. He
knows inexpensive alternatives to big, brand-name software products --
many of them better and far less problematic than the highly-touted
expensive packages. All in all, he's a top-notch resource for dealing
with those inevitable frustrations that come with home computer

Plenty of technicians are competent with computers, but it's special to find someone who understands the individual USER with all his/her quirks and imperfect understanding. Lorand is like a mind-reader who knows exactly how I can get myself in trouble and how to prevent this from happening.
In our first meeting he was able to dismantle a neglected 8-year-old system, correct mistakes I'd made with peripherals, install new components, whip through a high-speed Internet connection, transfer files from the old hard drive, set up all basic software, and install various levels of computer security.
If you've hesitated to update or improve your computer system because you need know-how AND guidance, Lorand is the man for the job. He's like a good medical doctor to whom you'd refer your best friends.

"Why can't all service businesses be as good as Sinva Tech?"
Lorand Marton has it all: sweeping knowledge of computer hardware and software, dedication to consumer satisfaction, and very reasonable rates. His offsite service, where he can do off-site software fixes and set-ups by connecting to your computer with your permission,is especially valuable for a small business or home user. He always goes the extra mile: he even helped me set up my stereo system as part of the job he did first setting up my computer.

When I was having issues with my home PC, I looked him up and and he was able to service my PC quickly at a very reasonable cost. He even helped me set up my new DSL service as a courtesy.
