I can analyze your network for the most common problems, and security issues and give you my recommendations to make it faster and safer. I offer regular and occasional network support to install the latest patches and troubleshoot any problems you might have. If you have high speed Internet connection you can benefit from my remote network administration service.

Building a new network?

A poorly designed network can cause more problems than it actually resolvs. Let me evaluate your expectation and come up with a plan custom taylored for your home or business needs. Wireless Networking

If you are planning a network why not consider a wireless one? It is the most convenient technology to enjoy all your benefits of shared resources. Hovewer if not planned and set up correctly it is a security threat. Let me suggest a plan for you, or if you have one, I can secure it for you. I install access points, routers, repeaters, signal boosters and todays modern wireless multimedia accessories.

Remote Administration/Support

A working high speed internet connection makes it possible for me to log in to your computer and look at your problem, just like I would be sitting right in front of it. In many cases the problems can be resolved this way, so you don't have to pay for an on-site service, and your problem is resolved right away. Of course I will need your permission to log into your computer and do the work.

If you feel unconfortable in a program, would like to get help using the email, browsing etc., but you don't want a one-on-one personal lesson, I can help you through the Internet.

Training: Introduction to Windows

For almost a decade I've been training people for basic computer usage. As a teacher at an adult education center I met people with no computer talent at all, and still they were all able to pass their final exams. A PC is nothing really that complicated, and kids everyday are learning in their first grade classrooms how to conquer not only their fears of PC's, but how to utilize their PC's potential to expand their learning and productivity. I will offer you one-on-one session(s) to help you understand the basic functioning of a computer, and will make sure you feel confortable in front of it.
